Where can you find fantasy baseball leagues where people are active?

I feel like every time I join a public yahoo league only about 3 of the 12 teams are active. Is there a place you can go to find people who are looking for players who will stay active or something like that?

You can join a forum like that deals with fantasy sports, such as this one.
they are all competitive fantasy sport junkies.

When you sign up for Fantasy Sports like Football, baseball, Hockey etc. try signing up to competitive leagues instead of casual. I signed up for 2 compettive leagues this year and in both of them there are only 3 teams that arent playing out of both leagues. One league everyone is playing in.
