Find Anybody with a Free People Search

I want to find people in USA and abroad (UK, Mexico, and Australia specifically) who are looking for business opportunites. How would I find more prospects without spamming? Where do I go and approximately how much would it cost?
I’m looking for more info or websites that help with leads and other information that does not cost a lot. i.e. guerilla marketing and such. any ideas?

I have a complete wood shop and would like to find where to get orders for products that I can make and ship for people to sell. Dont want to get into the selling end of it, just enjoy making items, dont care what it is someone wants built, if I were able to find someone to place orders, for whatever, and sell them items at really great prices. Any ideas?
