How do I find people looking for an apt. roommate?

does anyone know of any websites? because all I can find are general apt. sites with locations and prices and nothing about specific people needing roommates.

craigslist has an entire section just for roommates.

Roomates.com is a very good site, but you have to pay. But it really is a legit site – lots of descriptions and photos.
Craigslist is also good, but keep in mind there’s potential to run into some pretty sketchy people on CL.
You could also post a flyer at a local coffee shop or library or something like that. Good luck!
