How do i find people good in tele sales to work for me from US ? i need serious people only?

We are software company rite now providing online training. We are looking out for people who can sell our training packages in US. Where would i find good telesales representatives to work for us ? May be from their home .. Payment will be 100% incentive based. May be around 10-15% on the total sales they make. Can anyone suggest me where i could find really serious people to work for me ? Thanks !!!
