How can I find people who own a large number of houses?

I’m looking for the best place to find people who own multiple single-residential houses in Florida (preferably North East Florida) so that I can manage their properties.
Yes, I am a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate.

you did not state if you are a RE licensee, if you are your broker can tell you how to get this data; if you are not, you are not legally permitted to do what you want to do.

Your broker can show you how to find this data, there is nothing open to the general public.

You should have access to the property data base. What you are looking to do is not easy and very time consuming. This also can be done if you don’t have access to the data base. Look at the properties that have been sold in the last few years–certain names will start to repeat. Contact those names and see if they need help. This search can happen down at the county building. Like I said before; this burns up a lot of time.
The easier way is to — drive the town- call every for rent sign and see if they need you to represent them.
