I live in a very small city in northwest, I’d like to find interested people in come here, get know aour culture, costums etc…

I want to find people in USA and abroad (UK, Mexico, and Australia specifically) who are looking for business opportunites. How would I find more prospects without spamming? Where do I go and approximately how much would it cost?
I’m looking for more info or websites that help with leads and other information that does not cost a lot. i.e. guerilla marketing and such. any ideas?

I have a complete wood shop and would like to find where to get orders for products that I can make and ship for people to sell. i would like to know how i can find people online to take their wedding or any parties they are haveing in the hampton or richmond area.

There are only about a few thousand people that speak the language of Warlpiri, and it’s so hard to look for those people, let alone find them. I’ve already searched popular sites like MySpace and Facebook, but no luck. Any ideas?
