Find Anybody with a Free People Search

There is so much talk of affiliate marketing. I have websites that I would love advertised but I was never good at marketing. I know affiliates make decent money but they are advertising. Where can I find people to advertise my websites and they get paid a specific percentage of the profits for their work? Sort of like affiliate marketing but more or less because I can’t market. I have no problem sharing in the profits, since there won’t be profits without a motivated person on the advertising end of it. Please help.

I have been trying to find people who want to sell (various) products, but it seems like it has been a big waste of time. I haven’t had much luck. I was placing ads, but mostly have been getting curious people & not really people who are serious & ready to start. It doesn’t cost anything to start selling & they automatically get their money when they sell. The products are of good quality & inexpensive. I don’t understand what I am doing wrong…
Is there some place online where I can find people who seriously want to work at home?

I want to start my business making wedding gowns and would like to do it initially from home due to my limited resources. Considering I don’t have a store front, or a big marketing budget, any ideas on where I can find customers? I thought about going to where people get marriage licenses but I doubt they will give me any info, much less name of people I can contact.

I have a business opportunity that is a wonderful, ligit opportunity and tons of information about it, but I want to know where I can find people who want to work it.

It is like a private loan type thing, where people who are wealthy grant loans to other people who need them. I searched but cannot find anything about it. I have been to the site before by accident but cannot remember it. I dont want links to banks and things like that. If you dont know please dont give me a BS answer.
